Description of Site: This website contains great interactive parts. You can put together your own personal food pyramid. This website also provides lists of foods that would fit in each category from the pyramid. A few other credible websites such as polycystic ovarian syndrome association use this website as an outside link on their website. My Pyramid website contains many credible and useful links. Some useful links from this website for someone who is trying to put a healthy diet together might include nutritional facts link and dietary guidelines for Americans from 2005. I think the best part of the web page would be the list of foods that are contained in each part of the pyramid. I think this shows how easy it can be to put a healthy diet together.

Description of Site: This site is from Boston College, a very credible university. There is one useful diagram on this website. It also contains a great link to another university website dealing with healthy eating. There are many useful external links from this website that are from credible sources. I think the most useful links from this website are internal links. There are very useful resources and books listed on the resource page. However there are no other web pages that use this website as an external link. The most useful part of the website is under the "Eating for Healthy" tab. There is a lot of useful information for people who are dealing with eating problems that do not know where to start. This is a great website for someone who is under eating, over eating or suffering from an eating disorder.
