Most parking areas at Penn State Altoona are reserved for faculty, staff and students. Parking permits are required to park in these parking areas. We cordially welcome guests to Penn State Altoona and ask your cooperation. Visitor parking areas are provided at convenient locations in the Ivy Lot and Community Arts Center Lot.

Nittany Pointe, Wehnwood Court, and Pennview Suite Residents that "Students living at the complexes are permitted to park on campus ONLY between the hours of 5pm and 6am Monday-Friday and anytime Saturday-Sunday in Commuter Lots only.

** If registering a vehicle after the semester's halfway point, the fee would be reduced for the semester.


Administrative, regulatory or state citation violations may not be dismissed by the University Police Office. Violation dismissals may only be granted by the Appeals Board or in the case of a state citation, disposition can only be made at a hearing before a District Magistrate.
