Articulation Agreements

Articulation Agreements with Pennsylvania Highlands Community College
Students who have completed an Associate degree in Liberal Studies at Pennsylvania Highlands Community College can enter to the baccalaureate programs in English or Letters, Arts, and Sciences with no loses of credits, if they have followed the course requirements as outlined in the agreements.

Penn Highlands students who are interested in pursuing either the B.A. in English or Letters, Arts, and Sciences should work closely with their advisor at Penn Highlands to ensure that their transition is seamless. Courses not listed in the articulation agreements will need to be reviewed to determine their transferability and application to the program(s) at Penn State Altoona.


Articulation Agreement with Delaware County Community College
Students who have completed an Associate degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Technology (ATEC) program at Delaware County Community College (DCCC) are eligible for admission into the B.S. in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology (BSEMET) at Penn State Altoona with no loss of credits, if they have followed the course requirements as outlined in the agreement.

Delaware County Community College students who are interested in pursuing the BSEMET program at Penn State Altoona should work closely with their advisor at DCCC to ensure that their transition is seamless. Courses not listed in the articulation agreements will need to be reviewed to determine their transferability and application to the program at Penn State Altoona.
