Career Paths
With today's difficult economic environment, the Bachelor of Science in Business allows companies to hire individuals who have a broad knowledge of all aspects of business. This broad knowledge allows student to be effective within many different types of organizations. Some examples include:
ENTREPRENEURSHIP OPTION: students can be found starting their own business or working several years with other entrepreneurs before venturing out on their own.
FINANCIAL SERVICES OPTION: students are working financial organizations such as banks, real estate firms, insurance brokers, investment firms, and credit companies.
HEALTH SERVICES OPTION: students are working in health care enterprises such as hospitals, managed-care organizations, clinical practices, and physicians' offices.
INDIVIDUALIZED BUSINESS OPTION: students may have combined marketing and health services option courses to develop a resume to work the Pharmaceutical sales.
MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT OPTION: An emphasis on the skills and knowledge necessary for the business professional to function in community and regional centers of commerce.
