General Education
Selections FALL 08
Among the General Education degree requirements for all
students, credits must be taken in the knowledge domain areas of Natural
Sciences, Arts, Humanities, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. Fall 08 semester courses that satisfy those areas are listed below.
Brief descriptions can be found by clicking on the link at the top of each
column. Links to PSU 003 and Special Interest courses can be found at the bottom
of the columns.
Students must also complete coursework in the areas of
United States Cultures and International Cultures. General
Education courses which also meet these requirements are noted with the US,
IL or USI suffix. Please consult with your advisor for further
information.
Also, 4 year degree status
students entering the university effective Summer 1999 or later must take a
First Year Seminar as part of the General Education requirements in order to
graduate. The FYS courses are identified as PSU 003 in the course catalog.
