I've been intending to write another blog for the past week and a half, but I honestly couldn't figure what to write on. I'd write an entire post, think about it, and delete it. And I believe I've done that at least five times. But this time, I think I've got it.
This past week has been exciting to be the least. To start things off I got sick with a fever, chills, stuffed up head, and feeling like you're going to die within the next few minutes and really wouldn't care if you did because it'd feel better than you feel type sick. Honestly, I'd have to say it was the worst flu I ever had in recent memory too. Though before someone panics, it wasn't the avian raptor infection or Scandinavian Dragon disease or whatever pandemic we're currently on. Now to be clear, I'm not making fun of the swine flu or anything like that, but rather laughing at the people that seem to over react. And yeah there are people out there that over react. Like people that have no signs or symptoms, but go to the hospital because they 'know [they] have swine flu.' And yeah, those people exist. Then after getting sick my computer died. A very slow painful drug out crashing of itself. It started with getting a blue screen before hitting the point where it wouldn't boot past the logo screen. And then to top things off for my week, I had a weird experience at the post office. I stopped in and requested a small flat rate shipping box. And I said that 3 times because she kept asking 'like this size?' or 'cubed or strip?' and I would just say 'as long as it's a small box, it doesn't matter.' None the less, I got a medium sized box. Now when I was planning this blog, I had a ton of jokes and wise cracks to say about that, but I think I'll let you make your own. Instead, I want to move to happier and adventuring topics. Like that I have a field trip to Washington this Thursday. I'm kind of excited about that. I've never been to Washington before and this should be interesting. But truth be told, the only thing I want to achieve is getting an FBI shirt. If I do, I'll be the happiest guy in the world. Just because being a Criminal Justice major, that would make my day. And Halloween is only 8 days away (Trick or Treat is about five or six). I've been living it up by watching Halloween related things and web browsing all things Halloween. My Thrillers in literature class is also doing some things in class for Halloween. The only downside to all this is the weather has been kind of funky. I think one of the reasons I love Halloween so much is due to the fall feeling. Leaves changing colors, not too hot or cold, and that fall smell. But for some reason I recall snow falling last week, which wasn't cool. Until next time.
