Penn State Altoona will cancel the schedules of all students who have not paid their bill by the end of the fourth week of classes for each semester. For the fall 2009 semester, all schedules will be cancelled on Monday, September 28, 2009. To read the bill payment notice, visit www.altoona.psu.edu/bursar/billing_alert.htm.
