Welcome to your First Year at Penn State Altoona. We are here to help our newest undergraduates, both first year students and change of campus students, transition into the intellectual, social, and cultural community. We do this through integrated offerings of curricular and co-curricular opportunities throughout the first year at Penn State Altoona.
