Become a Peer Advocate for Wellness (PAW)
PAW members promote the health and well-being of fellow students by planning and hosting campus events, publishing a monthly newsletter, and through other initiatives. PAW also facilitates a discussion on "The College Experience" with local high school students. For an application to join and for more information, click here.
Join the Health and Wellness Committee
The Health and Wellness Committee is a campus-based committee composed of faculty, staff, and students. Our goal is to plan and provide campus-wide programs and events which focus on assisting individuals to develop optimal health and wellness. Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team Partnership (ADAPT)
Take the opportunity to have a voice in the decisions that are made regarding the prevention practices at Penn State Altoona. ADAPT is comprised of faculty, staff, students, and community members who want to make a difference.
