Special Notes on this Tutorial
To use this tutorial you must have a working install of the Windows Operating System (OS). This tutorial also assumes that you have a working install of Outlook or Outlook Express installed.

Step One: Installation
Once the program is downloaded, you will start the installation by double clicking the file you just downloaded in the file explorer. Then when the install screen begins, click setup Once you have read the license agreement, click Yes. You will be prompted with a screen that will ask for several options Listed here are three components. The first one is the Eudora Client itself, this is needed; however the other two aren't. Pure voice is a program for sending and receiving audio. The Importers are for importing information from other mail clients, this can be good if you already have an e-mail client. If you would like to install Eudora in a specific place, choose Browse. If you want to select the recommended, choose -Next. If you would like to install Eudora's data in a specific place, choose Browse. If you want to select the default, choose Next. Click next if all the information is correct. If it isn't please go back and change it. Now Eudora should be installed properly. Click Finish to use Eudora.

Step Two: Configuration
Open Eudora and click tools then select Options. enter the following replacing the information provided your relevant information:

    Real Name: Name
    Return Address: userid@psu.edu
    Mail Server (Incoming): email.psu.edu
    Login Name: userid
    SMTP Server (Outgoing): smtp.psu.edu

At this point Eudora should be configured.

Step Three: Setting up SSL Authentication
