Special Notes on this Tutorial
To use this tutorial you must have a working install of the Windows Operating System (OS). This tutorial also assumes that you have a working install of Outlook or Outlook Express installed.

Step One: Starting the configuration
You will first need to launch Outlook Express. You can do this by clicking the desktop icon, or finding the program in the start menu. When the program launches you will notice a toolbar at the top. In this toolbar will select tools this will have a dropdown menu. After this you will need to select.

Step Two: Configuring
When Internet Accounts comes up, choose the Mail tab, and then Click Add, Mail. Choose Mail. Type in your name. Type in your PSU e-mail address. The Incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Incoming Mail Server: email.psu.edu Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.psu.edu. Type in your PSU UserID in the Account name. Below, type in your current password. You should now be finished.

Step Three: Setting up SSL Authentication
