The Adler Athletic Complex is the hub for student activity at Penn State Altoona.  The primary goal of the Intramural and Recreational Sports Department is to serve all students with a diverse menu of recreational and student event programming.  The Intramural Department strives to create a welcoming environment for all students, employing a diverse student work-force, scheduling a diverse menu of student programs and events, and empowering the students to further pursue other programs and opportunities for the campus community.  We offer a wide range of Intramural activities including flag football, coed softball, racquetball, dodge ball and many more.  Don’t hesitate to sign up for our highly successful club sports programs: Cheerleading, Ice Hockey and Men’s Volleyball and Ultimate Frisbee.  We also offer a variety of fitness classes which include pilates, ultimate abs,  kickboxing and many more.  Stop by our office 202F Adler, email Nikki @ nmr12@psu.edu or call 949-5468 for more information.
