Day of the Arts

Penn State Altoona celebrated the arts with a neighboring elementary school this fall by participating in the Wright Elementary Day of the Arts. A day-long program organized by the elementary school, Day of the Arts provided the opportunity for all elementary students to learn about many facets of the art world through interactive presentations.

Many of the college's arts faculty, students, and staff volunteered their time to provide a fun, hands-on learning experience for these students. Their presentations included theatre arts, graphic design, fine arts, and music.
