The 41st annual Blair County Arts Festival is just around the corner at PennState Altoona. The festival is noon to 9 p.m. May 17 and noon to 6 p.m. May18. It features craft booths, live music, art exhibits, dance performancesand food, as well as a children's village packed with hands-on activities andentertainment. The festival is sponsored by the Blair County Arts Foundationand the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. It draws in thousands of peopleeach year with its variety of art work, crafts and entertainment.
