Planning
The role of the Planning and Program
Development Office includes:
-
leading the College’s strategic planning
efforts;
-
assisting with information technology,
enrollment, space, and unit-level planning;

providing data reports and analyses in
support of decision-making and planning;
-
assisting with the consultation and
approval process for curricular proposals;
-
providing updates to catalogs, handbooks,
and college polices;
-
and assisting in outreach activities,
including experiential learning, advisory committees, dual enrollment
programs, and articulations.
