THE SCIENCE MAJOR PROVIDES:

The Science major at Penn State Altoona is a flexible but rigorous program that helps prepare students for a wide variety of careers in industry and government.

Many students go on to graduate or professional school in health sciences, law, or business. The Science Degree at Penn State Altoona offers students a Penn State degree with the benefits of the special characteristics of our college: the small class sizes, the direct involvement of senior faculty in introductory courses and student projects, and the use of innovative teaching techniques and materials.
