ALTOONA, Pa. - The Penn State Altoona men's and women's basketball teams will battle local Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference rival Mount Aloysius Monday evening, January 19, at the Adler Gym.  Tip time for the women's contest is set for 6:00 PM with the men's start to follow at 8:00.

On the women's side, Mount owns an 11-7 all-time lead and won both meetings versus the Lions a season ago.  The Mounties enter Monday's match-up with a 2-10 overall mark and 2-5 AMCC record. 

Fresh off an upset win at La Roche, the Mount Aloysius men are riding a four-game winning streak and sit tied with Penn State Altoona at 4-3 in the conference.  Dan Conway, the league's leading scorer at 20.8 points per game, and Richard McNutt, the AMCC Preseason Player of the Year, should be a handful for the Lions, which have lost two straight conference road games.
