PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Penn State Altoona swimmer Bryan Dau (Princeton, NJ/Notre Dame) was named Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference men's swimmer of the week, the conference office announced Monday.

Dau took three first place finishes in a January 24 dual meet win over Hood College, two individually. He won the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.34 and the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.45. He was also a member of the winning 200 freestyle relay team with a time of 1:41.31.

Altoona's men's and women's squads are back in action this Saturday, January 31, for a 1:00 PM battle with non-conference foe Juniata College.
