HUNTINGDON, Pa. - The Penn State Altoona women's swimming and diving squad fell to non-Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference foe Juniata College 107-83 on Saturday, January 31, in the Lions' last meet before the season-ending AMCC Championships.

Altoona was able to capture three individual wins, with Brittany Bauer (Doylestown, PA/Central Bucks South) winning the 200 SC meter IM, Kaitlyn Knott (Mechanicsburg, PA/Cumberland Valley) claiming the 100 SC meter butterfly, and Brianna Yingling (Hollidaysburg, PA/Hollidaysburg) placing first in the 100 SC meter backstroke.

Yingling was also able to grab a second-place finish in the 100 SC meter breastroke during the meet.

The Lions will be back in action on February 12, when both the men's and women's squads will participate in the Grove City Invitational/AMCC Championships.  Meet time is still to be determined.
