ALTOONA, Pa. - The Penn State Altoona men's and women's basketball teams will play their final regular season home games when they host Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference foe Pitt-Greensburg this Wednesday, February 18, at the Adler Gym.  Women's tip time is 6:00 PM with the men's game to follow at 8.

The Lion women occupy second place in the AMCC standings with a 15-8 overall record and 12-4 league mark.  Head coach Donna Kling's squad has won three straight games but fell to Greensburg 80-60 back on January 22.  The Lady Bobcats have already clinched the top seed in the upcoming AMCC playoffs with a 15-1 conference record.

On the men's side, Altoona will try to snap a four-game losing streak and earn its 10th conference win.  The Lions narrowly edged Greensburg 62-59 on January 22, and two of the squads' three meetings last year went into overtime.  The Lions will enter the AMCC playoffs as either the #5 or #6 seed and travel for a first round game on Tuesday, February 24.  Seniors Colin and Curtis Geiger will be honored as part of senior night just prior to tip-off.
