ROARING SPRING, Pa. - The Penn State Altoona men's golf team defeated Saint Vincent College to win the ECAC Division III Southern Championship at Iron Masters Country Club on Sunday. The Lions finished with a team score of 313 to Saint Vincent's 336. The win gives Penn State Altoona men's golf its third ECAC Championship title in the history of the program and the team's first since 2006. Chris Perry (Altoona, PA/Altoona) was a medalist as the top golfer on the day, finishing three-over par with a 75. Wes Elder (Roaring Spring, PA/Central) took second place overall with a 77, while Lee Elder (Roaring Spring, PA/Central) tied for third with 80. Brock Dillon (Roaring Spring, PA/Central) tied for fifth individually with an 81, and Jordan Albright (Martinsburg, PA/Central) rounded out the group by finishing seventh with an 84.
