PITTSBURGH, Pa. - A first half goal by Nathan Sonnenthal (Lafayette, CA/Acalanes) was all Penn State Altoona men's soccer needed as they earned a 1-0 victory over La Roche on Tuesday.

The win finalizes the AMCC playoff picture for men's soccer. The Lions clinched the third seed in the conference, and they will host sixth-seeded Pitt-Greensburg for a first round playoff game on Saturday at 2:30 PM.

Sonnenthal took a feed from Alex Snyder (Lebanon, PA/Cedar Crest) and scored at the 33:02 mark to put the Lions up 1-0 in the first half.

Chris Bolea (Harmony Township, PA/Ambridge) made three saves to claim the win.
