(HAMBURG, NY:) Every player on the Lion roster saw at

Hilbert bench 29-4.
A 10-0 run capped off by an Erin McGowan (Duncansville,

lead from 15 to 25 points. The highest Altoona advantage came with 27
seconds remaining when a Nicole Funk (Ellicott City, MD/Centennial) bucket made
the score 59-31.
The Lions out-rebounded Hilbert 47-34 and pulled 21 offensive
boards that turned into 14 second chance points. Altoona forced 27 Lady

the pained area.

(Altoona, PA/Altoona) added seven and five rebounds.
Only eight players were on the active roster for the Lady Hawks,
who shot just 24% from the field in the game and were 0-6 from three point land.
Statistically, the Lions struggled from the field as well, firing 34% on the day
(24-70) and making only 6-24 long balls.

alive, holding the Lady Hawks without a point while scoring 11 themselves to
take a 23-16 lead into the locker room.
Penn State Altoona will seek its third straight victory this
