minimum of one credit to at least one student

Student (s) participating must meet the criteria for the Penn State Altoona
Student International Travel Award

required for the New Places, New Challenges Award

The project idea must be explicitly tied to the transformation of an existing
course or the development of a new course offered within the next two years

Priority is given to those traveling to locations outside of Western Europe

Must show matching funds
