The Off-Campus Housing list offers housing options
for students.
Several area
landlords have come together to participate in a
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT program
with Penn State Altoona students.
This agreement enables a
student to secure off-campus housing space now, and if they are offered on-campus
housing from the "wait list" before August 8, 2008, the student will be unconditionally
released from his/her lease and granted a full refund of any monies
collected. For a listing of participating landlords, please access the

information above. Please contact the landlord directly for additional information.
The Pennsylvania State University makes no
representation whatsoever regarding the housing or the landlords listed through
the Penn State Altoona Vacancy Listing. The properties listed are done so
at the request of the landlords to assist students in locating possible
off-campus housing opportunities. Students are responsible to inspect the
