The following shall serve as a guide for the policy and procedures for the Student Government Association Campus Wide Broadcast System.

Events/Announcements: all students, departments or campus wide events may be advertised for up to six calendar days.

Recognition/General Info: all students, departments or campus wide events may be advertised for up to three calendar days.

Sports scores/Highlights: results of sporting events will be advertised one business day only.
