Girls Volleyball Residential Camp
Sunday, July 31 through Wednesday, August 3, 2005
Penn State Altoona Girls Volleyball Residential Camp, under the guidance of an expert teaching staff, consists of lectures, demonstrations, and daily drill sessions designed to teach the skills and techniques of modern volleyball. The camp combines individual and team skill development while
providing the participants the opportunity to train at their own level.
Medical Information
THE UNIVERSITY DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL
INSURANCE FOR CAMPERS. In the event of illness
or injury requiring treatment, hospitalization, or surgery,
family medical insurance must be used. Parents
or guardians will be billed directly for any medical care
given at the Health and Wellness Center or local
hospital. The University urges that campers be
covered by some form of personal medical insurance.
Be sure you provide your insurance company's
information. The parent(s) or guardian(s) of a camper
requiring medical treatment will be notified of the
treatment within 24 hours.
Fees and Refunds
The $299 resident camper fee covers instruction, a
camp shirt, housing, and all meals (from dinner on
Sunday to lunch on Wednesday). Commuter rates are
available. Call 814-949-5535 for more information.
The full fee must accompany the registration form;
paid by check, money order, MasterCard, or Visa.
No refunds will be given after Thursday, July 28, 2005.
The University may cancel or postpone the camp
because of insufficient enrollment or unforeseen
circumstances.
